About us

Mary earned her medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine and completed her residency at MetroHealth, where she served as Chief Resident. She is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over a decade of experience. Outside of her professional commitments, Mary enjoys spending time with her family on their farm and traveling. Italy remains her favorite destination. She is passionate about partnering with individuals to achieve their health goals and is dedicated to helping them feel confident in their well-being.

Valerie completed her medical degree at LECOM in Erie, PA, in 2006 before pursuing her residency at the Cleveland Clinic. She is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over a decade of experience as a hospitalist. For the past two years, she has dedicated her practice to geriatrics. Driven by a passion for helping others feel confident in their skin, she finds fulfillment in supporting individuals on their weight loss journey, empowering them to achieve a healthier body and a longer, more vibrant life. Outside of work, Valerie loves to stay active and spend time with her family and their sweet great danes.
